- What is TEDxAarhus?
- An independent, volunteer-run TEDx event bringing TED-style talks back to Aarhus after seven years. A day of live talks under the theme Growing Reputation, a nod to Aarhus and its growing influence in Denmark and beyond. Organised by the non-profit Aarhus Idea Forum under license from TED.
- When and where is it?
- Saturday, 7 November 2026, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Kulturhus Bunkeren, Olof Palmes Allé 11, 8200 Aarhus.
- What language are the talks in?
- English.
- What’s included in a ticket?
- A day of talks from twelve speakers, experiences from around the city and country, light refreshments, and plenty of space to meet and talk between sessions.
- How do I get tickets?

- Do you offer group tickets?
- For groups, email hello@tedxaarhus.org and we’ll sort something out.
- Can I get a refund or pass my ticket on?
- All sales are final, so we don’t refund if your plans change. But you’re welcome to pass your ticket to someone else. Email hello@tedxaarhus.org and we’ll move it to their name. If we cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund.
- Parking and accessibility
- There’s free parking at the venue on the north side of the building, including disabled spaces and EV charging. There is ramped, step-free access specifically at Entrance Z (Indgang Z) on the northwest side of the building. Inside, you will find wheelchair-accessible spaces, an exhibition lift (max 300 kg), and a stairlift to navigate split levels. - Will the talks be filmed?
- Yes. Every talk is recorded and published for free on the global TEDx Talks channel on YouTube.
- Who is behind it?
- Aarhus Idea Forum, a small volunteer non-profit set up to bring TEDx back to Aarhus. An independent event operated under license from TED.
